Bleeding gums refers to a medical condition which occur due to gum infection, poor oral hygiene or it may be caused due to certain internal infection. Bleeding gums frequently happen while brushing the teeth or eating rough food.

Gargle: Salt and water
Gargling with lukewarm salt water is the easiest and most effective solution for bleeding and swollen gums. Sodium reduces swelling and clean any open sores or bleeding areas. Repeat this procedure two or three times a every day to improve the health of your gums.
Rub: Garlic and honey
Crush a large portion of the garlic and combine it with a little honey. This antibacterial mixture will reduce swelling and inflammation, and increases the total health of your mouth. Rub the mixture into your gums.
Baking soda
Make a paste of a few tablespoons of baking soda and water (or lemon juice) and applied directly to the affected teeth and gums with a toothbrush. It will whiten your teeth, gums and will stop the bleeding.
Aloe Vera
Just cut a leaf and rub it on your right side to take down rubber swells. Aloe vera is also known as effective for the care of gum disease.
