DIY Banana Cream for Coughing

What you need:
  • 2 medium ripe bananas preferably with dots
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • sugar
  • 400ml of boiling water
Preparation:
  1. Prepare and peel the bananas.
  2. Mash the bananas using a wooden or plastic spoon so it won’t turn dark in color.
  3. Add sugar based on your desired amount. Mix well.
  4. If you want to put honey in the mixture, let it cool first for honey loses its nutrients in high temperature.
  5. Pour the boiling water and cover it for 30 minutes.
It is recommended to consume at least 4 times a day, daily. If you prefer to have a puree without any small particles, use the strainer to attain the result you wanted.
Honey is a common flavor of sore throat candies and medicine because it has the ability to smoothen your throat passageway. Its anti- bacterial properties also makes your immune system stronger. 
On the other hand, banana helps breaking dry and whooping cough. It has also other health benefits for its rich in fiber, potassium and vitamin c.
