Ever fancied yourself as a bit of a Mario master? Challenges don't come much tougher than this, as one intrepid Mario Maker creator has made Bowser Jr.'s security gauntlet from The Super Mario Galaxy Movie for players to try.
KoopsReturns on Twitter has put together a recreation of Bowser Jr.'s fiendish attempts to keep Mario and Peach away from his grand plans – complete with rotating Fire Bars, saws, and maddening platforming segments that will keep your thumbs busy.
For those who want to hop on Super Mario Maker 2 now to give it a shot (good luck!), the Course ID code is 1CM-P5R-8LG, for the level titled 'Meet Your Maker'.

The creator added that any cuts away from Bowser's screen for Mario's POV have been "made as approximations of the obstacles seen in the 3D part of the sequence."
Mercifully, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie itself hasn't proved as much of a headache as its Mario Maker counterpart with audiences – grossing over $400 million at the box office as of writing, even if its critical Rotten Tomatoes score of 42% is sitting below the 2023 original.
While the Mario movie sequel's most obvious game-playing nod made its way into Mario Maker, there are plenty of other Super Mario Galaxy Movie Easter eggs you may have missed out on – including an unlikely nod to Super Metroid.
That's without taking into account Glen Powell's Fox, who took over the film for several sustained sequences, despite Mario creator and Super Mario Galaxy Movie executive producer Shigeru Miyamoto originally anticipating significant internal resistance to the idea of dropping the Star Fox character into Mario's universe. Just don't expect any Smash Bros. team-ups anytime soon.
