- Strain and transfer in a clean glass container.
- Store in the refrigerator.
Instructions:
- Drink a glass daily for 3 weeks.
- Stop taking the solution for a week.
- Drink a glass daily for another 3 weeks.
- Stop taking it after 3 weeks.
- Repeat once a year or as needed.
THIRD METHOD
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 cup of ginger juice
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups of pure honey
Procedure:
- In a large metal pot, combine your l1 cup of garlic juice ginger juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Bring to a boil using medium heat for about half an hour or until you only have about 3 cups of liquid in the pot.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Slowly mix in your pure honey into the mixture.
- Transfer the resulting product in a glass bottle.
- Keep it in the refrigerator.

- Take 1 tablespoon of the solution every morning, just before you have your breakfast.
