5 FOODS THAT DESTROY YOUR HORMONES AND YOUR SKIN!

Everybody get acne. Even when you think you’re past that period where you wake up with a couple new zits, it happens. Acne breakouts are typical for teenagers, but it also happens later on in life because of hormonal imbalance.
Hormonal acne is the result of a condition called endocrine imbalance. Most women experience this effect during their periods and right before the period – the two stages in the cycle when estrogen and testosterone are both at their peak.
When women can’t process hormones correctly, estrogen and testosterone can build up. This contributes to the body’s ability to prevent from being able to detox properly, which can lead to estrogen being the dominant hormone. The result from this process is s acne and inflamed skin.
There are a few foods that contribute to the condition of your hormonal balance:

Soy
Soy contains phytoestrogens that can unbalance hormones. If you’re already hormonal sensitive, consuming soy can cause breakouts. Soy is often an unexpected ingredient in many foods, so make sure you’re checking nutrition labels.
Dairy
Many dairy products contain synthetic hormones that contribute to excess hormones in the body. Dairy is also one of the main reasons of leaky guy syndrome. It can cause inflammation in the body, leading to acne and other problems.
Caffeine
Caffeine might help get you going in the morning, but it can also affect your skin’s immune response. Both coffee and tea can strip you of your essential vitamin B, zinc and magnesium.
Gluten
Gluten is similar to dairy in the way that it affects the body. It causes inflammation in the gut and can disrupt hormone levels. It can also be responsible for other health issues.
Canola, Sunflower, Safflower and Vegetable Oil
These cooking oils contain more omega-6 acids than omega-3 fatty acids. Excessive omega-6 acids in the body cause skin inflammation when the estrogen levels are at their peak.
