Here are 6 harmful habits that are hurting your manhood:
Smoking
Smoking is an awful habit that has many negative health effects, but you probably didn’t know that it’s also hurting your sperm. According to studies, smoking can affect your sperm quality and count, resulting in infertility. One study from the University of Sheffield has confirmed these results after examining nearly 2000 men.
Junk food
Eating of junk food has same effect as that of smoking. This study was conducted by Harvard University in 2011 and showed that the person, who eats more junk food or processed food like cookies, cakes, chocolate, and chips etc, has higher chances of erectile dysfunction [ED] also.
You’re not getting enough sex
It’s reported that men who don’t have enough sex have a greater risk of developing an erectile dysfunction. Which means that if you’re having sex once a month or less try to move it to once a week at least. You know how they say, if you don’t use it you can lose it.
Physical inactivity
The Cedars-Sinai Medical Center conducted a study about the link between erectile functioning and physical activity and how the one affects the other
The study involved 300 men who were analyzed and questioned about the level of physical activity and the quality of their sexual life. The results indicated that men who exercised regularly expressed better erectile functioning than those who didn’t exercise frequently. If you’re in the latter group you might want to start exercising more frequently, at least 3-5 hours a week, to improve the quality of your sex life.
Not sleeping enough
If you’re not sleeping enough it can make your sperm sleepy because just like you the little swimmers need their sleep in order to function properly. Try to get at least 7-9 hours a sleep every night if you want everything to work right. If this seems like an impossible mission you could also try some yoga, it will affect your sperm positively..
 Not washing off sunscreen
Here’s something you probably didn’t know – not washing off the sunscreen from your skin can make you infertile. Sunscreen is important for protecting our skin from the harmful UV-rays, but it can also hurt your reproductive health.
